HOLLYWOOD (October 22, 2009) - Last night, over a hundred invited VIP guests attended the exclusive closing of ENVIRONMENTALAND, conceived by Environmental Non-Profit, Global Inheritance, and presented by FUEL TV - and with its first Los Angleles incarnation now complete, the world’s first interactive, environmentally themed space is ready to tackle the rest of the states.

Recently featured on CNN International’s “Eco-Solutions” as well as E! Entertainment’s "That Morning Show," ENVIRONMENTALAND is part museum and part mini mobile theme park. The space features a number of interactive exhibits from an Eco-Planetarium by The Reclamation Project, The Energy FACTory with bike powered cell phone charging station and the Pearl Jam hand crank listening station to TRASHed: Art of Recycling Exhibit with customized recycling bins, each decorated by a different notable pop culture artist. Upon arrival, visitors receive a program scorecard to collect points as they interact with the various exhibits which can be redeemed for prizes including merchandise from Focus Features, CamelBak, Logitech, 20th Century Fox, Warner Music, Thievery Corporation, Netflix, Coachella, ESPN X Games, Interscope Records, Paramount, Goldenvoice, and more.

"FUEL TV is excited to be supporting ENVIRONMENTALAND," says CJ Olivares, FUEL TV General Manager. "FUEL TV has worked with Eric Ritz and Global Inheritance on several different projects in the past and ENVIRONMENTALAND is one of the most exciting yet. It engages and educates the audience in a way that maximizes the impact of the environmental lessons it teaches. We're excited to have people check out the project and learn something from it."

WIth designs by Eyerus, customized screen printing by Hit+Run, organic wines from Yellow+Blue, spirits by Veev, an acoustic performance from Jason Lytle (the lead singer of Grandaddy), and the help of partners like Keldof Marketing - guests of the closing event were the last to enjoy this educational playground, located in the heart of Los Angeles' Hollywood & Highland complex, before it moves to its next location in Portland, Oregon in early 2010.
